We are a group of parishes and Catholic faith communities, working together and sharing resources to form disciples and reach out to all. This new model encourages the priests, deacons and laity of each parish and faith community to more effectively respond to Jesus’ call to use their baptismal gifts and talents to proclaim and live the Gospel message.  We come together as diverse and unique Catholic communities united as one Body in Christ.
